2013 WMD Double Double Results

The First Annual White Mountain Double Double offered a Highland, Highland/Lowland and Lowland challenge for the weekend. The Double Double took a life this year with registered 15 riders, and 14 actually attempted to ride back to back White Mountain Doubles, which proved to be a great challenge with 9 of them completing the event, which gave the event a 64% finish rate. The names of all those that finished are listed below, and those riders that DNF and DNS are also listed. They have the opportunity to come back next year to earn the Winston Churchill Award.

The inspiration and encouragement for this event came from two very special riders, Bob Andrews and Mike Wilson. Bob actually pioneered the event by completing a 350 mile option of it in 2012, and Mike has thrown an enormous amount of support forward it. Thank you guys, I’m very grateful for your encouragement, participation, and support.
